Silver Rum
-2 oz SGD Silver Rum
-Half of a lime
-1 Tbsp fine granulated sugar
A true Brazilian classic and the distiller's favorite! Trim off the ends of the lime and remove the center pith. Cut remaining lime into slices. Muddle limes with sugar in glass then add rum. Transfer to cocktail shaker, shake vigorously then pour entire contents over ice.

-1 oz Cranberry Juice
-1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
-1/2 oz Lime Juice
-Orange Zest for Garnish
Our Silver Rum works perfectly with fruit juices in this twist on a classic! Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange zest.

-1 tsp Seedless Fruit Preserve
-1 Basil Leaf or Cucumber Slice for Garnish
This one is sure to cool you off during the summer heat! Add silver rum and fruit preserve of your choice (cherry, apricot, raspberry, strawberry, peach, etc.) and stir until smooth. Add ice and sparkling water and stir well. Garnish with folded basil leaf or cucumber slice.

-1/2 cup White Sugar
-1/2 cup Lemon Juice
-2 Tbsp Lime Juice
-1/4 cup Sprite or 7Up
-6 cups Ice
Perfect for a party! Cut off ends of strawberries. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with lime wheel. Makes 8 servings!

Coffee Flavored Rum
-2 oz SGD Coffee Flavored Rum
-2 oz Your Favorite Coffee Creamer
-1/4 Cup Milk of your choice
-Chocolate Syrup (optional)
-Whip Cream (optional)
A boozy latte is a good thing! Use your favorite coffee creamer (Our favorites are Pumpkin Spice, Peppermint Mocha, and Caramel Vanilla)! Combine Rum, creamer, and milk into cocktail shaker. Shake firmly until frothy. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside cocktail glass. Pour the shaker into the glass over ice.
-1/2 oz SGD Coffee Flavored Rum
-1 oz Espresso or High Quality Coffee
-Whipped Cream
Small but mighty! Pour hot coffee into an espresso cup, then add rum. Top generously (A Lot!) with whipped cream.

A perfect combo of rum and Ice cream! Combine coffee rum, coffee, and bitters in a cup and stir. Add vanilla ice cream and sprinkle coconut and brown sugar on top. Serve with a spoon.

Based on a family recipe, this holiday drink will warm the soul! Warm fruit juices to about a medium heat (not boiling), whether over the stove, microwave, or crockpot for larger gatherings, stir in rum. Serve in your favorite mug.

Our take on a lost classic, The Chicago Fizz. Our Spiced Rum compliments this pre-prohibition era cocktail perfectly. Add ice to a highball glass. Add all ingredients except sparkling water to cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into glass and top up with sparkling water.

You haven't had a hot buttered rum like this one. Our spice selection ramps up all the flavors and combines beautifully with butter and brown sugar! Make mixture by heating butter and sugar in a sauce pan. Simply add the mixture to the rum, then top with hot water and stir!

This is our take on a Piña Colada, its green hue is a Giant's dream! Combine all except club soda into cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously then pour into cocktail glass over ice. Top with club soda and stir.

Limited Edition Rums
-2 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Rum
-2 oz Mixture (1 part brown sugar, 2 parts cocoa powder, 2 parts water)
-4 dashes Angostura Bitters
This special and unique limited edition needs a special cocktail. Bingo! Start by heating mixture in a sauce pan. Combine rum and mixture together with bitters and ice. Stir and garnish with a charred orange slice if you prefer. Perfection!

A rummy version of a true derby classic! Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a short glass. Add our barrel aged rum and pack tightly with crushed ice. Stir for a minute and top with more ice to top of glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
